CASE / REAL ESTATE / LEAD GENERATION

Building an organic channel for Dubai real estate

A search and content strategy that connects early relocation questions to property decisions and inquiries.

01 / GOAL

Reach buyers before they choose a property

The platform served a Russian-speaking audience considering relocation and property investment in Dubai. It needed content and page architecture that helped visitors progress from broad questions to relevant listings.

02 / WORK

Content across the decision journey

I mapped queries by buyer task, planned RU/EN architecture and URL taxonomy, and connected relocation, neighbourhood and lifestyle guides to pages closer to an inquiry.

The project team published 58 articles in Q2 2025. I also prepared technical requirements for structured data, internal linking and the Next.js team.

03 / EVIDENCE

Search visits and tracked rankings

The supplied Yandex Metrica snapshot for May–July 2025 shows 11.6K visits overall, including about 10.4K from search. It is a period total, not a monthly figure.

A separate ranking snapshot dated 28 July 2025 shows 193 tracked queries in the top 10, including 48 in the top 3. These are rankings for a selected query set.

04 / BUSINESS OUTCOME

Qualified inquiries

The client reports 45% more qualified leads. The public screenshots do not include the comparison period or lead attribution, so this result should not be assigned solely to SEO.

The 10.4K search visits are for the period shown in Metrica. The 45% lead change comes from the client’s internal reporting.

Detailed charts and methodology are also available in the Russian article ↗.
